Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d) Location: Berlin, Germany | Company: Stem GmbH, a Stem Inc. company What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d) who combines deep, hands-on technical troubleshooting expertise with the oversight and seniority of a project manager. This is a senior, customer-facing role with ownership of complex utility-scale projects involving battery energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid PV+BESS installations, and energy management systems (EMS). You will lead project execution end-to-end — from sales handover through detailed engineering, system configuration, commissioning support, and project closeout. Critically, you must be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues yourself — across communication networks, SCADA systems, EMS platforms, and grid integration — while simultaneously managing project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and delivery quality.
