This role plays a critical part in aligning Primavera P6 schedules with material procurement timelines and ensuring job sites receive materials when they need them. You will work directly with construction, project controls, supply chain, and supplier partners to drive on time delivery and reduce risks across the build cycle. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Access, read, and analyze Primavera P6 construction schedules. Identify schedule shifts, critical path implications, and material driven risks. Ensure alignment between site schedules, procurement milestones, and production timelines. Provide schedule-driven insights and forecasts to project teams. Need By Date (NBD) Tracking: Capture, validate, and maintain both canonical (standard) and site specific Need By Dates. Continuously update NBDs as site conditions change.
