About the unit Our 11th Floor at Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital is a newly created 12-bed Pediatric Medical/Psychiatric Unit. This brand-new unit is designed to provide services to patients that need medical and psychiatric care. On this unit we will provide care for our patients with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrist, psychologist, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, social work, chaplains, behavioral health nurses and behavioral health technicians. This unit is designed to provide programing, activities, and education to strengthen our patients’ mental and behavioral health. About Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital: We fight for every child.
