Objectives for the role: Reporting to the Head of M&A and Investments, you will identify and pursue acquisition opportunities that align with BINGO’s strategic growth objectives across existing and new markets. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decisions. - Support end-to-end deal execution including managing data rooms, coordinating external advisors (financial, legal, tax) and tracking due diligence workstreams. - Conduct commercial and strategic analysis of target companies and investments, including market analysis, competitive position and key risks. - Prepare high quality investment papers, presentations and briefing materials. - Assist in managing multiple concurrent transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and delivera...
