The location for the position is in Porriño, Spain, but also other locations across Spain can be considered, if the candidate is willing to travel to Porriño at least once per quarter. What you will be doing: We are looking for a Trade Finance and Export Control to join our forward-looking Sales Support team for ensuring quality and speed of response for continued high quality customer service. As a Compliance Manager – Trade Finance and Export Control, your work will focus on the following responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with trade finance regulations, export controls, embargoes, sanctions screening, KYC, and confidentiality requirements. - Identify and request projects that require export licenses and stay informed about related regulations. - Conduct compliance checks related to trade finance transactions, including sanctions and customer due diligence. - Manage confidential information securely and ensure data privacy in compliance processes. - Provide in-house advisory support for contract-related compliance questions and consultations. - Collabora...
