Training & Development Lead The Opportunity: - Training & Development Lead for Wyoming Refining Company - Improve Par’s performance by improving core competencies and improved skill to further the company’s growth-oriented goals and focus on training excellence. - Create local refinery learning standards and training initiatives with a collaborative team of training experts from Par’s other refineries. - Enjoy exposure to Senior Management while providing strategic analysis of our refinery training initiatives . - Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development in Houston TX, you will play a key role in ensuring that the competencies of our refinery employees meet and exceed the expectations of the Wyoming Refining Company Leadership team.
