The Manufacturing Operations Specialist – Filling & Packaging provides critical operational and documentation support within the operations environment. This role supports daily execution on the floor, manages key documentation and SAP activities, ensures compliance with established procedures, and serves as leadership coverage during supervisor PTO. The Specialist works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time Filling and Packaging operations. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential. Operational Support: Support daily Filling and Packaging operations to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
