Role overview: We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer with strong NDA expertise to join our Transactional team . The role will provide broad paralegal support across a range of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing NDAs. The primary responsibilities will include leading an NDA review team and undertaking second‑level reviews of NDAs as a priority, reporting into the Project Leader, as well as supporting wider transactional matters as required.
