Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer, Part-time

Overview The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with directing, supervising and implementing the duties and functions of the women's soccer program. Qualifications: EDUCATION: - High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred EXPERIENCE: - Demonstrated expertise in women's soccer. Required - Prior coaching experience at the high school or college level. Preferred ABILITIES AND SKILLS: - Ability to provide instruction, training, and motivation necessary for the athletes to compete to the best of their ability. Required - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form. Required - Developed organizational skills. Required - Must possess a current driver's license. Required - Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or willing to acquire. Required - Ability to work within the parameters established by the Head Coach and within the responsibilities as defined in the position description.
