Job Summary The Card Marketing Activation & Transformation team is seeking a data‑driven Business Analyst to automate and scale executive reporting (monthly business update, OKRs, staffing, and employee scorecards) and drive adoption of our Tableau reporting suite. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will leverage AI and other data automation tools to streamline report generation and metric tracking, integrate data from Marketing Connect and adjacent tools (e.g., AEM, Smart Analyzer), and lead a structured user education and communications program to expand usage across the organization. Job Responsibilities: - Reporting automation and AI enablement - Build, automate, and maintain recurring executive reporting, including the monthly business update, OKRs, staffing levels, and employee scorecards, with an emphasis on reusability and auditability. - Leverage AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., automated narrative summaries, metric reconciliation assistants, anomaly detection prompts) to reduce manual effort and accelerate time to insight. - Establish quality checks, data lineage, and documentation for all automated reporting assets. - Scorecards and KPI governance - Design and operationalize pa...
