We are currently hiring a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to autistic teens with mental health and/or substance use struggles in our 6-bed residential program in Woodland Hills, CA . Evolve provides cutting-edge residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment programs for teens. Our clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as: - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Motivational Interviewing (MI) Key Responsibilities: - Act as primary therapist for assigned clients and families throughout treatment. - Provide individual and family therapy sessions through a Neurodiversity Model of care. - Facilitate 1–2 therapy groups per week and document clinical notes accordingly. - Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments , Risk Assessments , and develop comprehensive Treatment Plans . - Participate in the on-call rotation , offering phone suppo...
