Title: Group Sales Support Specialist Reports to: SVP, Group Sales & Sponsorships Location: Flexible: Hourly position: $28.84 - $33.65 (Annualized = $60,000 - $70,000) Position Summary: The Group Sales Support Specialist will work across all Nexstar media platforms to create proposals, execute, and steward campaigns. The position will focus on both pre- and post-sales with a customer-first approach, along with optimizing campaigns to ensure delivery. Also, the individual is responsible for entering and coordinating orders, billing requests, as well as developing sales proposals and/or plans with their account executive for agency and/or client deals. Incumbent Responsibilities include: - Will create strategic cross-platform plans that maximize the Nexstar portfolio and meet agency and/or client objectives. - Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end-to-end - Review all IO's to ensure they match approved media plan. - Track individual deal delivery and prepare ADU schedules for linear.
