Job Overview Leads the day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic planning of all manufacturing functions. This includes overseeing manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing, Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S), and shipping/receiving activities. Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products. Job Requirements: What your background should look like - Facilitate and/or participate in SIOP meetings. Use SIOP data and analysis to position the plant to meet future sales forecasts and address production gaps - Cascade strategic objectives from Segment, Business Unit and Operations functional leadership.
