Purpose of the Role Lead the on site teams to deliver best in class occupier experience and day to day operational property management services, including covering all aspects of retained area cleaning, security, front of house, general fabric maintenance, risk management & ESG goals’. 8 Bishopsgate is a flagship building in the City of London, the Senior Property Manager will execute Savills RISE principles of providing an innovative, occupier led experience, best in class operations and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers, contributing to the safety and wellbeing of all occupiers and users of the building whilst enhancing the investment value of the asset for the landlord. Key Responsibilities: To lead the team in the achievement of 8 Bishopsgate strategic goals, vision and delivery of a customer obsessed culture, consistently exceeding Savills RISE principles.
