As the Technical Representative for the Resource Industries Sales, Service & Technology division of Caterpillar you will be the primary conduit between the dealers and customers for product performance and problem management within an assigned territory. This role reports to a locally based Product Support Manager and works closely with various product groups, dealers and customer contacts to provide technical support for Caterpillar’s extensive range of mining products.
