Description AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Kinston, North Carolina that is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing solutions, the company’s core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles. The Non Destructive Inspector is responsible for performing tests on materials, components, and assemblies used in aircraft production to detect flaws, defects, or other issues without causing damage to the parts. Essential Job Functions: - Responsible for using analysis techniques to evaluate the properties of materials, components or systems without causing damage - Utilize Non-Destructive inspection methods (liquid penetrate, ultrasonic, pulse echo and immersion) to verify parts and processes are in compliance with customer engineering requirements - Set-up and standardize NDI equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results - Establish techniques from approved general procedure or work instructions for final approval - Con...
