Full Time - Maintenance Engineer - Grand Ole Opry

Job description

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, for all phases of general building maintenance for a live music and entertainment venue. Partner with department and venue leadership to ensure proper maintenance and repair of the physical facility. Reports to Manager of Maintenance & Engineering. - Maintain building equipment (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC), ensuring proper functioning of all related equipment. This includes boilers, chillers, closed-loop systems, supply and return fans, pumps and cooling towers. - Perform general maintenance and light repairs on the interior/exterior building and associated outdoor grounds. This includes electrical systems (fan units, repair switches, plugs and light fixtures; change lights at extreme heights, etc.), plumbing systems (flush valves, faucets, drains, etc.), and appliance repair and installation (coffee makers, popcorn machines, warmers, etc.). - Perform preventative maintenance, including painting, coil cleaning, changing filters, lubrication, visual inspections of HVAC systems, and more.
