Energy Infrastructure Credit Associate The associate position in the Energy Infrastructure Credit (EIC) group will be directly involved in the diligence, modeling, structuring, execution and monitoring of credit and structured equity investments in sustainable energy as well as in traditional energy and power investments. An Associate is expected to understand and identify key industry and investment trends and related credit implications for an investment and the broader portfolio. An Associate will liaise with senior Nuveen and TIAA personnel, management teams, financial intermediaries, investors and institutional LP and family and endowment offices. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Participate in franchise and culture building activities such as recruiting, training and community events, Coach and mentor staff in the Analyst roles - Assist in the development and continued cultivation of client (borrower) and LP relationships. - Facilitate and coordinate investment with Nuveen and TIAA internal partners, management teams and institutional investors - Draft investment memorandums, due diligence reports and marketing materials, and other internal documentation by coordinating int...
