Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Shift times: 16 hours per week, with two weekday shifts Monday–Friday with variable days off. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday shifts 8:45am - 5:15pm. Wednesday shift 10:45am-7:15pm.
