What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Account Manager within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Operations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, deliver tailored service strategies, provide program training, and drive increased card spend and program adoption. You will report directly to the Manager, Client Success and regularly collaborate with teams across Operations, Sales, Product, and Implementation.
