About the role: Eureka Care Communities is looking for a dedicated Community Manager to join our team at our Salisbury NDIS facility on a full time basis. Key responsibilities,: Lead day to day operations to ensure safe, high quality, person centred service delivery while building workforce capability through effective supervision and coaching. Manage financial performance including budgeting, variance analysis, expenditure control, and identifying opportunities to optimise revenue, occupancy, and efficiency.
