What you will be doing: What you bring to the team - Investigate automotive insurance claims by gathering relevant information, including accident reports, policy coverage, and statements from involved parties. - Determine liability by reviewing policy terms and conditions and assessing accident circumstances. - Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties to provide updates, explain claim resolutions, and negotiate settlement amounts. - Ensure accurate documentation of claims, including reports, photographs, estimates, and settlement agreements. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and legal advisors, to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. - Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auto claims handling and settlements....
