Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an engaging: Human Resources Manager 2 for a potential sale at Pueblo City School District in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you’ll champion Sodexo’s commitment to service excellence by supporting a large frontline team and partnering closely with district leaders and on‑site operators. The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations experience, a passion for developing people, and the ability to lead recruitment, staffing, and daily HR operations in a fast‑paced environment. Union experience and multi‑site support are highly valued. Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred.
