WorkCover Queensland is entering an exciting new chapter, with a renewed strategic focus and strong executive leadership guiding our organisation's 2030 Strategy. We're embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation that will enable us to continue making a positive difference to people's lives and keep Queenslanders working. Reporting to the General Manager Procurement and Partners, you'll lead WorkCover's procurement governance function — ensuring our policies, processes and frameworks are current, compliant and continuously improving. This role carries real breadth, spanning governance, assurance, data and analytics, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions to lift procurement outcomes across the organisation. - Lead the design, implementation and ongoing refinement of procurement frameworks, policies, procedures, templates and guidance materials aligned to the Queensland Procurement Policy and whole-of-government obligations - Provide strategic advice to Executive and Procurement Leadership on procurement risk, compliance, policy direction and best-practice operating models - Oversee procurement assurance activities including audits, reporting, issue management and a...
