The Role & the Team: To support the development and transformation of our industrial site in Alcobendas (near Madrid - Spain) , we are looking for an experienced HR Manager (M/F) to join Roquette in a permanent position . Reporting to the Head of HR Europe - Health & Pharma Solutions and based at the Alcobendas site (approximately 220 employees), you will act as the local HR leader , fully accountable for all HR activities on site while actively contributing to transformation projects . You will be a member of the local leadership team , working closely with plant management, and remain strongly connected to Roquette’s global HR teams .
