The role: What's in the Box As search behavior evolves across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Reddit, and other discovery surfaces, our SEO team is expanding its focus from traditional organic search to broader Organic Discovery: building the technical, content, and measurement foundations that help customers find us wherever dinner decisions are made. As part of this team you’ll strengthen the technical SEO foundation across high-impact surfaces such as recipe pages, collections, and editorial content, as well as new AI/GEO discovery formats. Since this isn’t a purely advisory role you’ll also diagnose complex SEO issues, translate them into scalable product and engineering requirements, partner closely with developers and product managers, and measure the impact of technical and programmatic SEO improvements across international markets.
