Job description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive a major transformation initiative aimed at modernizing system design methodologies and toolchains within a complex, global engineering organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project execution, involving close collaboration with IS/IT, engineering teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the transformation project budget, including tooling, licenses, features, and IS/IT setup. Lead the implementation and rollout of a new system design methodology and supporting toolchain, including the establishment of services for new tools. Manage the handover between method experts leading the change and internal stakeholders responsible for IS/IT operations and tool usage. Coordinate and oversee collaboration with external suppliers during the transition phase. Ensure clear understanding of scope, roles, and responsibilities across the project organization.
