Job description

- Operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances - Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications - To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams - Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards - Work as fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of production and quality - All quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis - Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct. - Encourage individuals to demonstrate the Howmet Values - Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards - Demonstratable experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production. - Experience in setting heading machinery. - Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel. - Demonstratable planning, organising and prioritising skills - High level of EHS knowledge and awareness. - Howmet Aerospace Inc.
