Position Purpose: The Program Manager IV is responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of strategic programs and complex, large-scale enterprise-wide projects to execute defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. This role provides leadership, direction, and hands-on support to matrixed teams to ensure the successful completion of complex integration initiatives. The Program Manager IV is also responsible for creating and presenting executive level communications to provide program updates and facilitate cross functional executive level discussion. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
