Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic: Starting Pay Rate: $34.50 per hour ($35.50 after 6 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11pm-7am, with mandatory overtime as needed Reports To: Maintenance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment including presses, plating systems, paint line conveyors, compressors, and related mechanical systems. Responsibilities: Shift is 8–12 hours. May work overtime up to 10–16 hours. Two 10-minute breaks per shift and a 20-minute meal break. Employees are paid for the entire time they are clocked in and do not clock out for breaks if taken on campus.
