Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Springdale AR - Springdale, AR 72764Responsibilities/Job Duties: Lead the pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair and maintenance of DAS Food Automation equipment. Ensure equipment is operating at its full operational efficiency (i.e. maximum yield). Identify problematic production areas in-line with Mayekawa equipment to improve yield. Explain to customers the importance of proper and regular maintenance of equipment. Train customers in the proper operation of equipment including HMI and OEM adjustments. Train customers in the proper cleaning and sanitation procedures of equipment. Assist customers with both on-site and remote (via telephone, emails, etc.) technical assistance. Promote company services and offerings to customers and generate return service opportunities. Create, update, and track detailed commissioning and work order reports in a timely manner. Focus on proper documentation and communication to support different facets of the company. Maintain cleanliness and organizing of customer and company equipment while on location.
