Job description
Summary of Position: Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Parts Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining a stock of parts for our shop and field operations. This includes identifying the parts needed for repair and maintenance work, procuring items from suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and pulling/issuing parts to the crews as requested for our operations. Qualifications & Requirements: - HS Diploma, GED or equivalent - Valid US Driver’s License. - Warehouse/Part room environment experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Indicators & Attributes for Success: - Effective & decisive decision-making skills - Cultural awareness - Business acumen - Customer/Client focus - Critical evaluation - Positive attitude - Organizational & prioritization skills - Communication skills - Empathy - Accountability - Ethical practice - Patience - Flexibility - Must be sensitive to Corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.
