Work Shift: Third Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Friday Job Objective: Ability to operate weaving looms and become proficient in weaving process, following established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards. Essential Job Functions: Commitment to Safety - Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. - Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety. - Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process. - Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities. - Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. - Operate set (s) of looms.
