IN SHORT: Are you our next Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager ? We're looking for a new talent to complete our team! In this role (asap, 100%) in Zurich, you will help drive efficiency, optimize processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your knack for communication allows you to lead the warehouse team and make our customers happy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a fantastic team of 5 shift leads and over 50 warehouse hourly workers across two shifts, six days a week - Ensure correct products and volumes are delivered to the customer on time, in full, and following the FEFO principle - Track productivity daily in order to meet or exceed your budget targets - Optimise and implement new processes to reduce costs and waste while increasing overall productivity - Foster a safe, inclusive, and well-organised working environment Projects: - Lead your team to launch our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) together with our Tech/IT Team - Plan new floor layout changes to meet our increasing volume demands YOUR PROFILE: - 5+ years of experience at a supervisory level within a warehouse facility - Strong organizational skills, including LEAN methodologies, SOP creation, and process m...
