We are seeking an Institutional ETF Trading and Execution Analyst to join our front-office team. This role combines real-time problem solving, data analysis, client interaction, and workflow optimisation in a highly quantitative, technology-driven environment. You will work at the intersection of markets, systems, and people — ensuring trades are executed accurately and efficiently while continuously improving the tools and processes that support them.
