Job type: Per Diem Shift: Days: POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, the MRI Technologist provides magnetic resonance imaging care to patients of all ages for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Performs other duties as required. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Certification in Radiologic Technology by the State of California, Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (preferred). MRI Board Certified or Board eligible. Must obtain MRI license within 18 months of assuming position. TRAINING: X-ray & MRI EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS: SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
