Qualifications: - Performs wet chemistry, basic chemical testing, color metric testing and PH testing to ensure chemical processes and correct chemical balances according to aerospace specifications, industry standards and customer specifications. - Performs metallurgic examinations, inspects, and analyzes metal materials to identify features that would compromise a material’s physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. - Uses hot press, grinding and polishing, chemical etchings, and acids to remove materials. - Uses grinders, microscopes, and photo microscopy to achieve quality assurance. - Uses glassware, Bunsen burner, beakers, flasks, reagents, and ph meters. - Performs mechanical analysis of metal t...
