Job description

- Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk. - Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits - Prepare loan packet for presentation to Loan Committee and/or Board - Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials - Conduct analysis on loan accounts - Collect on past-due accounts - Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline - Satisfies high-end customer needs; resolves major customer complaints - Conduct private banking for customers - Keep the President & CEO informed of financial results on the status of loans, banking competition, and new business developments - Responsible for the development, management, implementation and ownership of key initiatives to support the expansion of the Commercial Real Estate Market - Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities and organizations Physical Requirements: FNBT is an equal opportunity employer. - Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time - Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery - Ability to...
