This role leverages data insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient, compliant, and value-driven purchasing decisions. Acting as a trusted advisor to procurement leadership, property operators, and maintenance teams, the Procurement Analyst helps ensure consistent service delivery, strong supplier partnerships, and ongoing value creation. Job Duties: - Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection.
