WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Event Planning and Execution Lead the planning and execution of assigned trade shows, managing detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets in partnership with Event Leads Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery Prepare kick-off materials, planning documents, and status updates to keep teams aligned Develop and distribute pre-show materials, including exhibit guides and planning reports, in collaboration with Product Management Execute post-show follow-up activities, including lead management, performance tracking, and reporting Logistics and Vendor Coordination: Register for events and secure booth space and required services Coordinate all on-site logistics, including booth services, shipping, utilities, internet, cleaning, equipment, and staffing Manage shipping of exhibits, promotional materials, literature, and supplies Arrange hotels, transportation, tea...
