Sales & Stock Associate - Full Time

Description Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives. The Sales Associate Role: Our Stock Associates can learn the stockroom inside and out. Energetic and observant, you work closely with sales associates and managers to keep the sales floor well stocked. They are the gatekeeper of the stockroom, processing all incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner, securing inventory and merchandising the sales floor. Stock Associates maintain the storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. They also ensure accurate inventory controls by categorizing merchandise by gender, brand, style, and size. - You'll be trained to be a "Boot Expert" .
