At GlobalConnect, we’re looking for an IT Supporter in a temporary role until May 30th 2027 who shares our vision of making technology accessible and easy for every employee across our company. About the role: As an IT Supporter, you’ll be at the heart of our technical support operations. Some days, you’ll solve problems over the phone before the coffee even cools; other days, you’ll make sure new colleagues have everything they need to get started on their first day. You’ll help ensure our tools and systems work seamlessly so our teams can focus on what they do best. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from setting up new equipment to assisting colleagues with their technical inquiries and maintaining system efficiency. Every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, learn something new, and create a positive experience for someone else.
