Mission Statement & Summary This role sits at the centre of a high‑performing finance team, partnering closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation, including Senior Leadership Teams within Business Transformation, Technology and the People Team. It is responsible for preparing high‑quality management information and financial projections for the NewDay Management Team, supporting the monthly Leadership Committee and leading core financial processes such as the annual budgeting cycle, rolling monthly and weekly forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring. The role delivers significant value by enabling informed, timely decision‑making across senior leadership through clear financial insight, robust forecasting and strong performance oversight. Its collaborative, business‑partnering approach strengthens alignment between finance, strategy and delivery, ensuring financial considerations are embedded into transformation initiatives and organisational planning across NewDay.
