You’ll be responsible for managing and controlling the NAM capital budget, including forecasting, tracking actual spend, and ensuring compliance with global capital processes. Power without pause. What you’ll do as CAPEX Finance Analyst: - Develop and maintain the NAM annual capital budget - Allocated into monthly spending requests - Ongoing tracking and reporting of actual spend versus budget - Ensure capital expenditures comply with the global process - Monitoring approval workflows, recognizing and overcoming delays - Maintaining spending within the approved budget - Track capital expenditures, including costs and delivery schedules - Host monthly Checkpoint calls and weekly meetings with Procurement team - Daily communications with capex stakeholders - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership presentations - Conduct variance analysis - present monthly actuals and future forecast delivery...
