Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and TWO (2) YEARS’ experience with youth OR THIRTY (30) SEMESTER HOURS of college credit AND ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE with youth OR AN ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure while dealing with a variety of emotions and frustrations. Valid Colorado Driver’s License (or ability to obtain within 30 days) with 5+ years of driving experience. Pass FBI, CBI, and TRAILS record checks; flexibility in scheduling.
