Through the training we provide, you will learn how to take the necessary time and ask the right questions to really understand what our customers' needs are and then provide a much-appreciated solution. This opportunity will allow you to regularly use your mind, your technical know-how, and your desire to help, make your customer's day and at the same time earn a good living and build valuable translatable skills. Pay : $20 - $25 per hour (Base plus commission pay) Our pay structure is based on a base hourly rate, individual and team sales incentives as well as per piece for specific installs and repairs. We provide a $20.00 per hour minimum pay guarantee during your first 6 months so that you have the time to really learn our business.
