Access Services is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pottsville, PA or the surrounding region. Location: - This position will support individuals throughout Lehigh Valley, or additional locations that are central to BCBA. - Two travel days for staff supervision purposes will be required monthly. Billable Hours/Incentive Pay: Our BCBA team bills IBHS, and also provides Behavior Analytic services outside of Medicaid. We primarily support children and youth. As innovators in the field, we approach Applied Behavior Analysis from a trauma-informed lens.
