Job Description: The Talent Management & Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of effective talent management and culture strategies to attract, retain, and develop a skilled workforce, globally. This role involves partnering with various departments to align talent strategies with organizational goals and fostering a positive work culture. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Performance Management: - Support the Manager, Talent Management & Culture to design, communicate and execute the performance appraisal system globally. - Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert on the performance appraisal tool. Configure the system and stay abreast of new system releases. Recommend additional opportunities to leverage the tool. Serve as the primary point of contact for the system vendor. - Provide reports and insights on the performance management process and results.
