Job DetailsJob Location: Crookston, MN 56716Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $23.66 - $26.32 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayAbout the Role As a Partner in Wellbeing, the Behavioral Health Practitioner provides rehabilitative services to clients with mental illness or children with emotional disturbance in the form of instruction, support, and assistance for the purpose of promoting psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustments, and independent living skills. Behavioral Practitioner, under the oversight, direction, and evaluations of a mental health professional, may provide an adult client with client education, rehabilitative mental health services, functional assessments, level of care assessments, and treatment plans. Essential Responsibilities: Provides services as outlined in the client’s treatment plan in the home, community, school, or office to help clients cope with and recover from the symptoms of their mental health condition.
