Job description

The RB Global North America internship program was developed to provide undergraduate students with an opportunity for personal and professional development while helping us identify, engage, and train high-potential future employees. Intern would be responsible for monitoring and reviewing release problems aged 5+ days for escalation opportunities and coordinating with account managers for assistance. Other projects would include auditing branch rules to ensure all are accurate and up to date, reviewing redundancies with managers and standardizing/optimizing branch and provider rules into one centralized, IAA managed document.
